Mr. Novel's practice focuses on criminal litigation and complex civil disputes in state, and federal courts. Mr. Novel has tried numerous criminal cases in state and federal court with charges ranging from murder to official misconduct. Mr. Novel's cases have received coverage in the The New York Times, The Associated Press, NBC News and CBS News.
As a recognized trial attorney, Mr. Novel has lectured to law students on trial preparation and trial advocacy at Rutgers University School of Law.
Mr. Novel also serves as Chair of the Criminal Practice Committee of the Hudson County Bar Association.
